CityPASS Winter Special
|City Pass, the company that discounts admission to top attractions in major North American destinations, offers its annual Winter Special to lengthen each CityPASS booklet’s traditional nine-day validity period.
Visitors purchasing or activating previously purchased CityPASS ticket booklets for New York City, Boston, Houston, Philadelphia or Seattle will have up to 75 days, until Feb. 28, 2014, to redeem the included attraction tickets (one use per individual ticket). Typically, once the first admission ticket in a booklet is redeemed, CityPASS holders have nine days to use the remaining attraction tickets. Winter Special waives the nine-day rule, extending the usage period considerably.
In addition to more time to enjoy attractions, you save up to 50 percent off the cost of purchasing the included attraction tickets separately. CityPASS ticket booklets also save time, allowing you to bypass most main-entrance ticket lines.
The Winter Special encourages sightseers, both out-of-towners and regional visitors, to take their time and explore a city at a leisurely pace.
The cities participating in the 2013 CityPASS Winter Special program include:
Boston CityPASS Cost: $51 adult, $36 child (3-11). Savings: 48 percent
Houston CityPASS Cost: $46 adult, $36 child (3-11). Savings: 46 percent
New York CityPASS Cost: $106 adult, $79 youth (6-17). Savings: 40 percent
Philadelphia CityPASS Cost: $59 adult, $39 child (2-12). Savings: 44 percent
Seattle CityPASS Cost: $74 adult, $49 child (4-12). Savings: 43 percent
